HOW TO PRESERVE CAPITAL – SUSTAINABLY AND OVER TIME

Banor SIM and the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano presented a study on the relationship between the performance of stocks included in the Stoxx Europe 600 index and their environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating from 2012 to 2017. The audience consisted of professional investors and high net worth clients.
“How to preserve capital – sustainably and over time” is the title of the conference promoted by Banor SIM, which brought Prof. George Serafeim of Harvard Business School and Prof. Giancarlo Giudici, of the School of Management of Politecnico of Milan, to Rome on May 3rd to present the results of their studies on ESG parameters. The speakers included a long-time investor in financial sustainability, the head of Financial Resource and Special Project Management at the Italian Episcopal Conference, Livio Gualerzi.
